Goodwill Frame & Decorative Plate Rack Redo

I picked up these frames at Goodwill this summer and I'm just now getting around to painting them. Dang that procrastination! I paid $1.99 a piece and with the blue label I got half off so i got a pretty good deal! Except one of them didn't have a blue label. It was still a good deal over all.
I could not believe that this frame was made in the USA. I like buying stuff at thrift stores and up-cycling it if possible because that way I'm supporting a local business rather than an overseas market. Its nice to see things made in the USA once in a while!

I love teal! Originally I thought I would spray paint these my usual maroon color but I thought maybe I would do something a little different. Awaiting coat #2...

For years I razzed my Mom for saving cool whip and cottage cheese containers and ice cream buckets but now that I am crafting all the time they have come in handy!
I bought this decorative plate holder at Goodwill for $1.99. Originally I was going to paint it but since I went with a teal color for the picture frames I decided to leave it the original slate gray color.
